🎯 Lead the full post-sale journey—onboarding, training, health monitoring, and expansion
Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Support teams
5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS role
~ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
~ Fluent in German and English
~ Experience in operational platforms or cross-functional SaaS tools is a bonus
