Join our dynamic team as an intern to assist and support the Operations, Administration, Reception, and Security (OARS) Department in day-to-day business matters.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Facilities Management: Ensure workspaces are properly maintained, monitor security procedures, manage company badges, and oversee technical equipment.
* Reception and Phone System Management: Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, plan meeting room bookings, and perform administrative tasks related to these functions.
* Coordination of Associated Services: Organize catering or reception services for meetings and events.
Our ideal candidate possesses a degree in Reception/Catering Industry Sector or Building Management Path pursued at a university or higher education institution in France, Belgium, or Luxembourg. Fluency in French and English is required, with Dutch being an asset. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and flexibility are essential for success in this role.
