About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Coordination and implementation of local CRM campaigns in close coordination with the global team
* Initiation, implementation and tracking of local measures to acquire new customers and increase sign-up rates
* Planning and implementation of local promotions, events and new activation formats to promote sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
* Close cooperation with Store Managers and the local Retail Team, Customer Service, Global CRM and other internal stakeholders
* Analysis of results and derivation of specific recommendations for action
* Testing and integration of AI-supported tools and automation
* Development of innovative CRM activations
* Introducing new ideas and tools to optimize the CRM landscape
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
* Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, business administration, communication or comparable training)
* Practical experience in CRM, campaign and event management
* Fluency in German and English (additional knowledge of Italian or French is a plus)
* Experience in using analytical tools to measure and optimize performance as an advantage
* High level of initiative, structured way of working and strong numerical skills
* AI affinity as an advantage
