A high-growth, online-focused organisation headquartered in Hanover is looking to appoint a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead their digital acquisition strategy across international markets. Having recently been acquired, the company is entering an exciting new chapter of investment and expansion, offering a dynamic environment for marketing professionals to make real impact. Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of the company’s SEO and SEA strategies. Key responsibilities will include managing and continuously optimising Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, driving performance through A/B testing, and leading collaboration efforts with international sister companies. In SEO, the role will focus on both technical and content-based improvements, supported by tools such as Sistrix, Google Search Console and Core Web Vitals. The role offers plenty of scope to innovate, test, and shape best-in-class performance marketing practices across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in managing performance marketing accounts, particularly in paid search. You’ll be comfortable using analytics and SEO tools such as Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and GA4, with the ability to interpret data into actionable marketing insight. The role requires a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously, but is equally adept at collaborating across international teams. A structured approach, excellent communication skills, and fluent English are essential.
