Your mission Webinars & Events: You will support the organisation and implementation of our online and offline events - from the setup in GoToWebinar to presentations in Google Slides and follow-up in the CRM system (Salesforce). You will also help with the visual design of event materials and presentations. Design & visual communication: You will independently create simple social media graphics, presentations or image material - e.g. with Canva or Google Slides. You will research suitable stock photos and work on the uniform look and feel of our campaigns. Website & landing pages: You will help to keep content up to date in WordPress, create new landing pages or create forms. You will learn how smart tools and AI-based functions contribute to conversion optimisation. Email marketing: You will be involved in the creation and sending of mailings (e.g. invitations, newsletters, follow-ups) - in close cooperation with our content and campaign team. You will learn how AI supports the personalisation and automation of mailings. Lead forms & data management: You will set up forms for downloads (e.g. whitepapers), monitor incoming leads and ensure clean data management in the CRM. You will gain insights into how AI is used for lead qualification and data enrichment. Day-to-day marketing support: You will support our team with organisational tasks, record processes and help to make our marketing processes more efficient - and more and more automated. Your profile You are a student in the field of marketing, communication, media design, business or similar You are interested in digital marketing and want to actively work with AI-supported tools (e.g. copywriting, automation, data analysis) You have a good eye for design and have some experience with Canva, Google Slides or stock photo research. Bonus: You are familiar with Adobe InDesign or print layouts Initial knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, WordPress or GoToWebinar is a plus You work reliably, in a structured manner and contribute your own ideas You are fluent in German and have a good command of English Why us?
