To accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a purpose-driven, entrepreneurial team member who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to shape new business models and projects alongside our leadership.
As our Business & Project Development Associate, you’ll;
* Nurture our existing partner network and build strong relationships
* Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners while building new strategic collaborations in the B2B and B2G sectors
* Identify, approach, and onboard new cooperation partners and stakeholders
* Develop and implement monetization strategies for new services and digital tools
* Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO to design and launch impactful projects and programs
* Research, prepare, and submit applications for public and private funding opportunities
* Support the internal scaling of our operations through process improvements and organizational development
We’re seeking a practical thinker and doer with:
* A university degree in economics, business, finance, management, or a related field
* Initial experience in business development, project management, consulting, or sales
* A structured and detail-oriented working style with a keen eye for innovation and improvement
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially with diverse stakeholders
* The drive to take ownership of new challenges and turn ideas into actionable strategies
* Excellent English skills (C1 level or higher); German proficiency is a strong plus
* Valid EU work permit and residence in Germany
