The Opportunity
We're looking for an existing distributor/agent (or a senior commercial operator with an active buyer network) to join as Co-Founder (Commercial) / Co-CEO. You'll bring the relationships and close the first accounts within 30 days, then scale revenue across DACH/EU.
If you already sell to hospitals, clinics or dental practices and can slot our MDR-ready range into your portfolio, this role lets you co-lead the company with meaningful equity.
What You'll Do
* Pipeline & deals: Open doors with your existing network; secure distributor agreements/MoUs and first purchase orders quickly.
* Go-to-market: Shape pricing tiers (100/500/1,000 units), margins, and launch bundles; coordinate samples and technical documentation.
* Key accounts: Land early wins with clinics/dental groups/hospital buyers; expand via frameworks, GPOs and preferred-vendor listings.
* Tenders & compliance: Coordinate MDR/UDI docs, declarations, and quality pack for RfQs/RfPs; ensure EU-ready labeling.
* Forecast & ops: Align demand planning, MOQs/lead times, and QC milestones with the factory; ensure on-time deliveries.
* Brand & motion: Help craft a focused line card and product spotlights for the DACH/EU market.
What We're Looking For
* Existing buyer access: You already sell medical/dental instruments or adjacent med-devices in Germany/Austria/Switzerland (or broader EU).
* Proven closers: You can point to recent POs or contracts you personally drove.
* Procurement fluency: Comfortable with hospital & clinic buying cycles, RfQ/RfP, framework agreements, and distributor onboarding.
* Reg basics: Working knowledge of MDR 2017/745, ISO 13485, labeling/UDI, and documentation buyers expect.
* Languages: German (professional) and English; additional EU languages a plus.
* Founder mindset: You want title + accountability (Co-CEO) with equity tied to impact.
What Success Looks Like (Milestones)
* 30 days: 10–15 qualified meetings; 2–3 pilot/samples in flight; 1–2 distributor MoUs or verbal commits.
* 60 days: First POs landed; 5–8 active accounts in pipeline with forecast.
* 90 days: Repeat orders or expanded SKUs; onboarding of 1–2 additional distributors; documented GTM playbook for DACH.
Compensation & Structure
* Founding-level equity (vesting; tied to early milestones)
* Modest retainer possible for the right partner (to be discussed)
