QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group to hire a Sales Director (EMEA) in a specialist category. The business is a fast-growing leader in providing niche solutions to Beverage and Food Groups. They require a proven Sales Director with a focus on the EMEA region to create and drive the customer strategy to maximize sales growth.
Reporting to the VP of the region, they value someone with a development / commercial mindset. It is critical that the successful candidate has experience working with and building relationships within complex food groups from a B2B Ingredients background.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, where they have the autonomy to build world-class partnerships with their customer base. You must have built your career with either a B2B Food Ingredients business or a Flavor house, honing skills in key account management and business development within the Food Ingredients category.
