We’re looking for a People Advisor – Analyst to join our Central Europe People Advisory team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping a positive, compliant, and engaging employee experience across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. If you enjoy solving complex people challenges, partnering closely with managers, and using data and insight to improve how HR works, this role offers both hands-on impact and long-term growth. What you’ll do As a trusted member of the People Advisory Team Europe, you’ll support employees and leaders across Central Europe with high-quality, practical HR advice, while collaborating closely with People Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and global shared services. Provide day-to-day HR advice to employees and managers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ensuring guidance is compliant with local employment legislation Act as a trusted partner to line managers on complex and sensitive people matters, supporting early and effective resolution Manage HR queries via a case management system, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and employee experience Support the full HR lifecycle, with particular focus on policy guidance, flexible working, change management, and data analysis Partner with People Business Partners and Centres of Excellence on performance management, HR analytics, and employee relations Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, representing the Central Europe perspective Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accurate and timely submission to payroll teams Draft and administer local HR documentation such as employment confirmations, contract amendments, reference letters, and long-term sick leave documentation This is a hybrid position.
