Your seat to fill:
* Oversee, manage and optimize Paid marketing campaigns with a large focus on Google and YouTube ads
* Analyze campaign performance using platforms like Google ads, GA4, Power BI and a looker studio to inform strategic decisions
* Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, ad copies and landing pages to drive continuous improvement
* Collaborate with media teams to develop compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and align budget allocation to ensure goals are met
* Work closely with Online Marketing & Web Development Agency
Your stroll to CYBEX:
* Successfully completed studies in Marketing or Business Administration
* A few years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing or Search Engine Advertising (Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Bing, etc.)
* Highly efficient and collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Outstanding ability to think creatively and to identify and resolve problems
* Deep understanding of target audiences, funnels, and data-driven marketing
* Very good language skills in English, German would be a plus
