Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the full transaction lifecycle: origination, due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and execution with a focus on post-deal value creation
* Playing an active role in executing carve-outs and driving growth through strategic initiatives
* Developing and managing financial models and investment committee materials for new acquisitions and portfolio initiatives
* Partnering with leadership teams in portfolio companies to drive transformation and strategic growth
