Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Teamassistent (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of necessary logistics for the department head and the team
- Management of appointments and optimization of agenda for the department head
- Handling, organization, and completion of national and international correspondence. Planning, preparation, and follow-up of meetings, creation of meeting documents, and conversation notes
- Office administrative tasks
- Management of working time accounts
- Point of contact for inquiries from internal and external parties
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk, office communications clerk or comparable
- Work experience in the field of assistance, non-commercial administration, and secretarial/assistant work
- Confident handling of SAP, MS-Outlook and MS-Word
- Experience in Google Suite is desired
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
- Spanish is an advantage
