The Scope Do you want to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition while contributing to a purpose-driven organization? As a Working Student in the Talent Acquisition team at FSC, you will support the hiring of talent for our global organization. You’ll gain practical insights into end-to-end recruitment, candidate experience, and employer branding, while working in an international and mission-driven environment focused on sustainability and responsible forest management. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills in Talent Acquisition, take ownership of early-careers' hiring processes, and contribute to ongoing Talent Acquisition projects. Main Roles & Responsibilities Support the coordination and execution of end-to-end recruitment activities across different teams. Take ownership of recruitment for student assistant positions across different units – from job posting to offer stage. Manage administrative tasks within the hiring processes (e.g. scheduling interviews, maintaining and updating candidate data in tracking files). Assist in preparing and coordinating panel interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Actively contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, including content creation (e.g. social media, career page updates), organizing small activation campaigns, and supporting the positioning of FSC as an attractive employer. Support data-driven hiring by updating simple dashboards, tracking key metrics, and sharing insights on recruitment progress. Your profile Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, or similar). Based within commuting distance of Bonn. Interest in Employer Branding, Recruiting, and HR Analytics. Strong organizational skills with structured and detail-oriented working style. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently. Confident communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plus. Comfortable using MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint), first experience with data tracking or reporting is a plus. Why us?
