Corporate Secretary

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Corporate Secretary or Legal Officer in the alternative funds sector.
* Deep understanding of CSSF procedures and Luxembourg SLPs.
* Prior experience within PSFs, AIFMs, or fiduciaries active in Private Equity or Real Estate.
