Intern in People and Culture Enablement (m/f/d)

Then join the People and Culture Enablement team at Allianz Technology. In People and Culture Enablement, we plan, design, and implement development measures and tools to promote and retain talents, establish sustainable succession planning, and foster development. We set up career development strategies and programs across diverse seniority levels and implement them globally, ensuring that our talent management and learning development initiatives are effective and impactful.
What you do
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of learning development, upskilling, and talent management. Your responsibilities will include:
* Design and develop new digital learning solutions and offers
* Drive and enable new approaches by systematic underlying data analysis
* Set-up best practices for People and Culture processes and LEAN approaches
* Community Management and Impulse Communications for talent, leadership, and the Talent and Culture Community
* Project Management for dedicated Talent Management Projects
* Support the PMO with organization, stakeholder correspondence, and conducting reports and evaluations.
What you bring
* Experience and interest in data analytics, passion to develop and adapt digital tools.
* Enrolled student in digital marketing/technology, business analytics, data science, Business informatics, economics, or related fields.
* Self-driven working style and good communication skills. Fluent English skills in both speaking and writing.
* Proactive and creative approaches to new topics. High customer-orientation and pragmatic approach.
* Solution focus and agile mind-set. Experience in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome.
* Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
* You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
