Join our "Future Leaders: Restructuring & Private Equity Excellence Program" as a Trainee (f/m/d)
As a Trainee, you’ll be a vital part of ADMETOS and Troesser & Co, collaborating closely with highly experienced consultants, private equity specialists and top-tier management partners with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to the intricate areas of restructuring and private equity, building both analytical and operational skills that will equip you for a successful career in these high-impact industries.

Key tasks:
* Participate in corporate transformation, operational reorganization, restructuring, and M&A projects
* Support private equity deals, portfolio management and post post-merger integration
* Analyse financial data and business processes to identify improvement opportunities
* Develop and execute solutions with high impact
* Collaborate in various internal projects to further develop both firms
* Prepare presentations and reports for top management and other stakeholders
* Engage with clients and management on-site, offering support and insights to drive success
* Collaborate with a multicultural team, leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance results
Your Skills:
* Top master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering or related field
* First professional experience in consulting, restructuring, transformation, private equity or M&A, business analysis, or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving- as well as outstanding numerical skills
* Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, a third language is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and cultures
* Very high level of willingness to travel and flexibility
* Sound knowledge of MS-Office, with special focus in Excel and PowerPoint and relevant Add-ins
* Possess a valid passport and/or visa(s) for international travel.
