We are on the lookout for an Online Marketing Operations Manager - Search & Display (Korean Speaking) to join the Performance Marketing Operations Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As an Online Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and scaling Google & Apple Ads campaigns along the marketing funnel in the Korean Market. You will play a key role in ensuring our paid search & display (including Youtube) strategies align with business objectives, driving efficiency, and maximizing return on investment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making, automation, and continuous performance improvements.
1. Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Google & Apple Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and continuous growth.
2. Analyze campaign data proactively, identify inefficiencies, and implement optimizations to improve cost efficiency and maximize ROI.
3. Oversee tracking and attribution, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy for performance evaluation and reporting..
4. Drive testing and automation initiatives to improve channel efficiency and scale Google campaigns effectively.
5. Define and implement creative best practices, working closely with the design team to develop high-performing performance marketing creatives tailored to different funnel steps.
6. Develop compelling presentations and deliver key insights to management and stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
7. Fluent in Korean and English, with strong communication skills.
8. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
9. Proven track record of managing large-scale paid search campaigns, optimizing for efficiency and growth.
10. Knowledge of tracking and attribution methodologies, with the ability to troubleshoot tracking issues independently.
11. Strategic problem-solving mindset, with the ability to define and assess challenges while effectively communicating solutions to business and product stakeholders.
12. Hands-on team player, with great relationship-building and presentation skills to influence key stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
