About the role : We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven EMEA CoE, Data, AI and Apps Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will demonstrate solution design with a high level of technical skill, leveraging a consultative sales approach, managing vendor partnerships, and leading multiple projects. You must have the ability to meet customers face-to-face to influence sales with strong presentation skills directed at C-level executives. Key Responsibilities : Partner internally and externally to design and provide technology solutions. Anticipate potential problems with solutions, acting as a proactive resource to resellers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and excellence in design and support. Own corrective actions and follow-up to ensure timely resolution. Leverage technology, expertise, and a strong understanding of resellers' businesses to facilitate their growth. Own multiple projects and deliver to SLAs. Maintain certifications and vendor knowledge, and attain practice-related certifications as needed. Exemplify team leadership by providing coaching and mentoring to others. Contribute to social media channels with authoritative, informative, and practical content for TD SYNNEX outlets. Provide on-demand, non-certification training to resellers regularly to enhance sales understanding. Participate in C-level briefings and presentations. Key Skills and Experience : High school diploma or GED required; technical or bachelor’s degree preferred. Major certifications (2-4) desired to support assigned technology/vendor. 5-7+ years of industry technical experience, including creating and delivering Statements of Work (SoWs) and Bills of Materials (BoMs), with 5 years of consultative sales and implementation experience preferred. Specific knowledge of vendor-supplied tools in the assigned technology practice area. Advanced understanding of ROI concepts, market trends, and comparative analysis.
