Manager / Senior Manager - Global Culinary Strategy What you’ll do This role is a high-impact opportunity for a culinary project management expert to drive strategic, global improvements by managing and operationalizing the Culinary Strategy Roadmap. You will be responsible for: Drive scalability and standardization of culinary and product operations processes across markets to foster efficiencies. Act as the culinary expert, advising on strategic product development and operationalizing menu architecture guidance into concrete delivery roadmaps for local teams. Lead and manage Culinary process improvement initiatives, creating a cross-market roadmap to increase productivity of Local Culinary teams, identifying and influencing the implementation of winning tools and best practices (including GenAI). Act as the international contact for culinary teams in local markets, collaborating and building strong relationships between international and local teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure cross-market adoption of global initiatives. Collaborate with tech teams to deliver improvements on internal recipe writing systems, customer facing solutions and standardization of data bases across markets.
