Hamburg, Germany Job Offer: HSE Manager Industry: Oil & Gas Location: Hamburg, Germany Mobilization: March 2026 Duration: 12 months, with possibility of extension We are searching for an experienced HSE Manager for our client in the Oil & Gas industry. Key Responsibilities: Support the Project Management Team in implementing HSE policies, training programs, and safe work methods. Assist in the preparation of the HSE Plan and related documentation (HSE instructions and procedures). Monitor the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Plan. Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Conduct incident and accident investigations and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. Update and maintain safety statistics. Monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system. Coordinate and supervise a team of HSE Supervisors. Job Requirements: Relevant HSE management qualifications. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Proficiency in English and Polish (both written and spoken). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
