We’re looking for a strategic Head of Sales to lead and scale our new business efforts — driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will lead a sales team while shaping and executing our acquisition strategy, ensuring a strong and consistent pipeline of new client partnerships.
You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers to understand their organisational needs and position TELUS Health as a trusted partner in employee wellbeing. At the same time, you will coach and develop your team, refine sales processes, and contribute to long-term growth strategy. Your work will directly impact how organisations support the wellbeing of their people — today and in the future.
How you will spend your time:
* Own and drive the strategy for client acquisition and revenue in our organisation.
* Lead, coach and develop a small team of high-performers (approximately 4-5 team members.(player-coach mindset as needed).
* Set clear targets, KPIs and performance standards, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
* Build scalable structures, processes, and forecasting measures to ensure predictable growth.
* Personally support complex enterprise deals and high-level negotiations.
* Refine our positioning and go-to-market strategy based on market feedback and performance data.
* Collaborate closely with leadership to shape sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.
What you should bring to the table:
* 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, plus at least 2 - 3 years of leadership responsibility.
* Strong track record of building and scaling new business teams in SaaS or consultative environments.
* Proven success in developing sales strategies and delivering consistent revenue growth.
* C2 level German and fluent English (both mandatory).
* Strong commercial acumen, with confidence in managing complex sales cycles and enterprise negotiations.
* Strong coaching-mindset with the ability to lead both strategically and operationally.
* Nice to have: experience in B2B and SaaS, wellbeing, health tech.

* Video call with a recruiter: Get to know you, your background, and motivation
* Video call with the Hiring Manager / Leader: Deep dive into your experience, role expectations, and ways of working. You will also present a Case Study that will be sent to you prior.
* Meet the team: Informal conversation to get to know the C-level representative from Telus Health EMEA

Please note: our offices close over the Christmas and New Year period for approximately two weeks. We gift the 24th and 31st December as extra vacation days and any additional non-public holiday days during this time will be taken from your annual leave.
