Plan and develop team capacities and skills to meet project objectives.
Establish lean processes, methods, and tools (incl. CAD & PLM) for efficient engineering work.
Ensure design compliance with all requirements and compile related documentation.
Support Mechanical Engineering in daily operations
Master’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
~10+ years in a similar or senior position, ideally in aerospace or drones, with proven success in delivering results
~ Good overview of functions of an aircraft (all departments in engineering and production)
~ Extensive experience in FEM and CFD, including handcalcs, processes, methods and (SW-)tools
~ CAD Systems expertise (Catia, 3DExperience)
~ Hands-on experience in prototyping and testing
~ Full proficiency in English language
