For our location in Schönefeld, we are looking for an Quality & ESG Specialist (m/f/d).
Purpose
The Quality & ESG Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and environmental, social & governance related topics across all company operations, developing and implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with industry and HiSERV regulations.
Responsibilities
* Quality Management: Develop, implement, monitor and control quality to maintain high service and operational standards.
* Environmental: Maintain and check for adherence of the Environmental Management System HiSERV Group wide, report achievements/developments internally and externally.
* Safety Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations comply with aviation, health, and safety regulations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and report to senior management regularly.
* Audit & Certification Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications; support the certification process of HiSERV Group.
* Training & Awareness: Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees understand and adhere to quality and safety standards.
* Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and implementing best practices.
* Cross Department Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to integrate quality and ESG measures into daily operations.
Requirements
* Experience in quality management, process optimization, environmental and safety compliance.
* Ability to develop and implement quality and environmental management systems and process improvements.
* Experience in conducting audits and handling certifications.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and training abilities.
* Proficient knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Background in aviation, logistics, or GSE industry preferred.
* Language Skills: English C1, German is a plus
* Willingness to travel within Europe frequently.
