Your tasks
9. Conducting conformity and quality tests in the electrical field as part of the final assembly line (FAL) for the helicopter types H135 and H145.
10. Creation of non-conformity reports when errors are detected, as well as execution and documentation of inspection activities during the flight in the helicopter file.
11. Coordination and direct communication with authorities on quality-related issues within the framework of airworthiness and customer release (HC release)
12. Support with the formal handover of the final product to the customer in the customer centers or directly at the customer's location
13. Carrying out helicopter reassemblies at home and abroad in compliance with all aviation regulations.
Your profile
14. Completed training as an aircraft mechanic with further training as a state-certified technician or master craftsman or business administrator
15. Valid license for certifying staff category B2 in accordance with EASA guidelines.
16. More than 3 years of sound professional experience in aviation quality management as well as several years of experience in the assembly or maintenance of aircraft.
17. Fluent German skills and proficient English skills, both spoken and written.
18. At least detailed knowledge of the detailed functions in the IT applications MS-Office and the ERP system SAP.
19. Excellent communication and teamwork skills combined with a solution-oriented, assertive and very meticulous work ethic.
