We are partnering with a recognised mobile game developer to spot a visionary Creative Lead who will steer the development and execution of engaging user acquisition and marketing creatives for their mobile game lineup.
You will head up a skilled team of playable ad creators, motion designers, and artists. Working hand-in-hand with our user acquisition specialists, you will craft data-informed creative strategies, harnessing performance insights and market trends to produce compelling advertisements that attract and delight audiences worldwide.
This role calls for a blend of creative ingenuity, operational mastery, and strategic insight to ensure our marketing assets continually stand out and perform.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end creative process, from initial analysis and concept development to polished execution, aligning with acquisition targets and company objectives.
* Manage and inspire a team of creative talents, including motion designers, playable ad developers, and 2D/3D artists; focusing on growth through mentorship and recruitment.
* Maintain smooth collaborations with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring high standards and timely delivery of assets.
* Use performance data and analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, refine creative strategies, and optimise key metrics.
* Innovate by brainstorming and implementing fresh ideas and approaches, staying ahead of trends in mobile game marketing and creative design.
* Work closely with user acquisition, ASO, and product teams to ensure creative strategies support overall business goals.
We’re Looking For
* At least 3 years of experience in marketing or performance creative roles, preferably within the gaming industry.
* Proven leadership in managing a creative team of 3 or more members, with experience overseeing motion designers, playable ad developers, and visual artists; managing external partners is a plus.
* Deep understanding of the full creative production cycle, from research and ideation to final delivery, across multiple projects.
* Strong analytical acumen, with a track record of leveraging data and market insights to inform creative decisions.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
