Capture Leader / Capture Manager (m/f/d) – Complex Military Cyber & Cryptography Bids

Your mission as Capture Leader:
1. We are looking for a Capture Leader who can take ownership of large, complex, and strategically critical military cyber bids—leading multidisciplinary teams to secure high-value programs that matter. you will be accountable for the end-to-end leadership of complex bid campaigns in the field of military cyber security and cryptography.
2. Define and execute winning strategies, including positioning, teaming, pricing, and risk management
3. Orchestrate cross-functional bid teams (engineering, finance, legal, program management, international stakeholders) under tight timelines and high stakes
4. Act as the single point of accountability for bid success, ensuring alignment across national and international stakeholders
5. Drive customer engagement at senior levels and key decision-makers
6. Translate operational and technical requirements into compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals
7. Manage bid governance, ensuring adherence to internal processes while maintaining agility in complex environments
8. Continuously assess win probability, competitor positioning, and strategic fit
9. Establish and manage industrial partnerships in order to deliver compelling value proposition
We are looking forward to:
10. A Degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field, with strong cross-disciplinary understanding
11. Extensive experience leading and winning large and complex bids/capture campaigns, ideally in defence, cyber security, or government sectors
12. Experience working with defence customers, public sector, or critical infrastructure stakeholders
13. Understanding of military, cyber security, or cryptographic solutions are beneficial
14. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
15. Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategies and contract negotiation in german
