Client Management Specialist | Strategic Account Manager - DACH
Location: Wiesbaden, Germany
Working Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday - 8/9am - 5/6pm | Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
We are looking for an organised and proactive customer service professional who speaks both German and English. You will manage a group of clients, deliver excellent service, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
The role includes advising clients, managing contracts, negotiating, conducting business reviews, visiting clients, and resolving issues quickly and professionally. You will communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure strong, long-term relationships.
The position involves frequent client contact, including face-to-face meetings and regional travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client relationships and wants to work with innovative technology and global brands.
In this role you will:
1. Planning, facilitating and/or conducting negotiations
2. Managing customer relationships and drive growth
3. Maintain relationships, lead account planning and opportunity identification
4. Revenue and customer satisfaction
5. Deep understanding of customers´ business goals and objectives
6. Work on client briefs, hold face-to face client meetings, and telephone calls
7. Maintaining thorough up-to-date notes, lead quotations and contracts through CRM system
8. Develop effective client presentations
9. Build relationships with C-Level Executives
