• Oversee the execution of the project and ensure that milestones are met on time and within the established budget.监督项目执行，确保关键里程碑按时完成，并且不超出预算。
• Manage and ensure the quality control standards of the project are consistently maintained throughout its lifecycle.管理并确保项目生命周期内始终保持质量控制标准。
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, resources, and costs.制定并维护详细的项目计划，包括时间表、交付物、资源和成本。
• Provide technical and project-related expertise to internal teams and clients, offering advice and guidance on best practices and requirements.为内部团队和客户提供技术及项目相关的专业建议，指导最佳实践和要求。
• Ensure smooth communication between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate progress and resolve potential issues.确保项目团队、客户及其他利益相关方之间的顺畅沟通，推动进展并解决潜在问题。
• Manage and oversee project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and regulatory filings.管理和监督项目文档，包括报告、信函和合规文件。
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and new industry standards (e.g., EEC directives, ECE regulations), and ensure that the project adapts to any relevant changes.保持对法规变化和行业新标准（如欧盟指令、ECE法规）的了解，确保项目能够适应相关变化。
• Lead and mentor junior project team members, helping them develop skills and advance their careers within the organization.领导并指导项目团队的初级成员，帮助他们提升技能并在公司内发展职业生涯。

Qualifications任职资格
• At least 2 years of project management experience, with a technical background, preferably in the automotive, engineering, or certification industries.至少2年项目管理经验，具有技术背景，最好在汽车、工程或认证行业工作过。
• Experience in homologation and certification projects, including a solid understanding of regulatory requirements (EEC, ECE, etc.) and quality control processes.具备整车认证和合规项目经验，深刻理解法规要求（如欧盟指令、ECE等）和质量控制流程。
• Engineering Degree (preferably mechanical engineering or automotive specialization);本科及以上学历，机械、工程或汽车相关专业；
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. 熟悉项目管理方法和工具。
• In-depth understanding of regulatory and industry standards related to homologation, quality control, and certification (e.g., EEC directives, ECE regulations, ISO standards).深入了解与整车认证、质量控制和合规相关的行业标准及法规（如欧盟指令、ECE法规、ISO标准等）。
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.出色的沟通能力（书面和口头），能够与各层级的利益相关方进行有效沟通。
