Your Responsibilities
* Manage the Consulting business CLINICAL, focusing on expanding and developing existing customer relationships.
* Lead and coordinate multiple consulting teams, including disciplinary leadership of team managers.
* Handle forecasting, monthly revenue planning, monitoring, and results assurance, along with annual budget planning for your area.
* Oversee training and development plans for teams within the framework of Business Development and Go-to-Market initiatives, actively developing the area, shaping processes, and driving innovation.
* Serve as a member of the extended management board, advising on technical, organizational, and strategic decisions, and acting as a point of contact for partner departments such as Project Management, Sales, Support, and Development.
Qualifications
* Completed university degree, preferably related to healthcare.
* Extensive leadership experience in consulting, along with long-term IT project experience in hospital information systems, preferably with our system CGM CLINICAL.
* High degree of self-responsibility and strong customer orientation.
* Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking skills.
* Fluent German and good English language skills.
