They analyze customer requirements and design suitable information and telecommunication technology solutions. They manage projects from a commercial, technical, and organizational perspective, including preparing offers, informing customers about financing options, concluding contracts, and billing services. They also procure the necessary hardware and software, install IT systems, put them into operation, and hand them over to customers.
