Your seat to fill:
* Manage and maintain the Senior Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
* Screen and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, respond on behalf of the Senior Director when appropriate
* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and events
* Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-ups
* Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure and organized
* Liaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of the Senior Director
Your stroll to CYBEX:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
* Inital experience in an executive or personal assistant role is a plus, but not mandatory
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of calendar and scheduling tools
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
* Fluent verbal and written communication skills in German & English
* Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a strong hands-on mentality
