Develop and maintain standards, templates and tools for consistent execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor performance. Act as a central method office, providing governance and guidance for process adherence. Collaborate with regional and functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance. Maintain seamless interfaces with other core value chain areas (Sales, Tendering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Engineering). Additional Duties Support change management and training initiatives to embed excellence practices. Lead and manage high-impact projects that influence global operations. Contribute to cross-functional integration and best practice sharing across regions. Your profile Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field. Proven experience in process management, continuous improvement or business excellence, specifically within the supply chain sector. 2 years leadership experience. Experience in direct collaboration with the board of management. Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles. Experience in the field of production, engineering and procurement is a plus. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies (certification preferred). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
