The Jülich Research Centre is a leading international centre for scientific and technological applications in the fields of energy, environment and society.
Your Responsibilities
* Leading a team responsible for service and project management, including teams for security and technical services with approximately 20 employees.
* Collection, analysis and evaluation of building technology systems and facilities, including creation of documentation on system status and derivation of necessary measures.
* Development of concepts to ensure or improve functional safety, improve and increase energy efficiency, and optimize operations of multi-trade facilities and equipment (also in control areas).
* Leading modernization, maintenance and energy-saving projects related to multi-trade facilities.
Your Profile
* Completed university degree in a field such as supply engineering, mechanical engineering, building energy technology, green building engineering or process engineering, or a comparable field.
* Experience in personnel management at a comparable level.
* Knowledge and preferably experience in energy management.
* Knowledge of technical building management and project leadership.
* Knowledge of the VOB and VgV regulations.
* Basic knowledge of occupational safety.
* Suitability for use in control areas.
