Leading a Team in Asset Allocation and Financial Management
As a senior executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term investment strategy that takes into account return, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing a comprehensive investment strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
* Identifying, evaluating, and managing risks to ensure the financial security of the company
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records
* Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and ensuring timely submission to relevant authorities
* Developing and implementing concepts for improving performance plans and creating new products
* Monitoring budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities while controlling operational expenses
* Collaborating with auditors to ensure accurate and risk-appropriate financial reporting
* Coordinating with the supervisory board and external service providers, as well as providing regular reports to the relevant authorities
Requirements:
* A degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required
* Excellent knowledge of capital market strategies, risk management, and asset allocation is essential
* Fundamental knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and tax evaluation is also required, including familiarity with HGB and IFRS standards
* Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, particularly the Insurance Supervision Act (VAG), Pension Fund Investment Ordinance, and relevant EU directives
* Experience in managing service providers and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, supervisory authorities, and corporate leadership
