With 67 shopping centers in 11 countries – including 39 under the iconic Westfield brand. We are currently seeking an Asset Manager with a dedicated focus on office properties. Key Responsibilities: Coordinating sourcing of leasing opportunities with (lead) brokers, project presentations and meetings with potential clients. Submitting RFPs, collecting information required and engaging in Q&A with brokers / clients. Coordinating space planning requests between clients & design team and initiating necessary feasibilities with Tenant Fit-Out Team. Engaging in technical discussions between clients and Tenant Fit-Out team; identifying main items at stake and working out potential solutions. Driving lease negotiations with the support of Head of development and preparing necessary documentation with legal / technical teams for lease agreements. Aligning relevant stakeholders around deal negotiations incl. legal, construction, development. Prepare offices for post-development operations (e.g. define service levels, support selection of service providers, monitor service charge budgets and contractual obligations or act as a sparring partner for signed tenants) Prepare assets for potential divestment. Finalize product definition with the Head of Development. Budget control and monitoring of Office segment NRI and TIC Conduct market intelligence and maintain broker relationships, especially in the Hamburg market. Perform analysis, reporting, and prepare status update presentations. Your Profile: Proven experience in asset management, ideally within office real estate. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; adept at navigating complex discussions and resolving conflicts diplomatically. Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
