Regional Quality Manager - Data Centre Construction Location: Type: Permanent, on a 3-week roster
PE Global Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Regional Quality Manager to join a leading Data Centre Construction Company based in Frankfurt, Germany.
As the Regional Quality Manager, you will oversee quality management across multiple sites in the Frankfurt region. You will ensure compliance with the client’s Integrated Management System for Quality, Safety & Environmental standards, driving excellence in project delivery.
Develop project-specific quality plans in accordance with project requirements.
Collaborate with client quality assurance representatives to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
Provide guidance to on-site teams to enhance project feasibility and quality outcomes.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and data centre projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in Autodesk BIM360 Field software is highly desirable.
Strong background in personnel management, staffing, and scheduling.
Detail-oriented with a focus on implementing and improving Quality Work Management Systems and Processes.
