Task Description
As a Planner (m/f/d), you carry out special structural planning for sites/networks or radio networks of entire planning areas, including the development of technically optimal solutions for overarching special projects.
* You prepare draft, approval and execution plans
* You carry out out complex operational network planning tasks, extensive network compatibility tests and evaluate network perturbations
* You prepare and improve platform and network concepts
* You define planning criteria for the implementation of network planning work
* You manage complex projects
Requirements
You have a degree (Electrical, Information or Communications Technology) or a completed vocational training in conjunction with several years of professional experience in the field of network planning. Furthermore, you are characterized by detailed company-specific knowledge or particular special knowledge as well as skills:
* Strong knowledge of project planning and construction supervision of communication facilities/networks
* Profound knowledge of radio relay technology and network planning, including link engineering and microwave planning.
* Proficient in link budget calculations and availability analyses.
* Expertise in frequency management and coordination.
* Practical experience with radio relay system technology (e.g., Ericsson, Huawei) and relevant planning tools (e.g., ).
* Solid IP network knowledge (Routing/Switching).
* Experience in project management for radio relay and telecommunications projects.
* Understanding of regulatory requirements and negotiation skills.
* Completed studies in communication technology or a comparable field
* Experience in an agile work environment
* Experience in co-developing automated planning workflows
* Basic knowledge of SAP
* Very good German skills (C1) ang good English skills (min B2)
