Responsibilities
* Establish, develop, and build new business relationships with our customers
* Execute sales activities
* Plan, lead, and coordinate customer meetings
* Prepare proposals, handle sales processes, and manage tenders
* Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and deliver an outstanding customer experience
* Build strong relationships with our skilled consultants and internal teams
* Achieve your annual sales targets – Not needed here, its what they run for but we dont need this to reflect here
What we’re looking for
* Ability to understand an organization’s business drivers, challenges, and needs – and how ServiceNow and TCP Solutions can address them
* Experience with lead generation, telemarketing, or new sales (preferably within larger enterprises/enterprise markets)
* Solid understanding of sales processes and the ability to navigate and drive long, complex sales cycles
* Strong presentation skills, including through digital tools
* German language as either native or C1 or higher German language skills in speaking and writing
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
* Strong relationship-building capabilities – able to establish long-lasting relationships with customers, prospects, partners, and colleagues
* Experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem or with IT Service Management and the sale of complex Service Management solutions is an advantage, but not a requirement
