Lead a High-Performing Sales Team
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to lead our team of Enterprise Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs.
* Own key accounts, driving growth and retention through strategic business partnerships.
* Build strong value propositions and identify new business opportunities.
* Collaborate across Solution Sales and Delivery teams to execute go-to-market strategy.
* Deliver accurate forecasting and ensure exceptional account management.
* Drive customer adoption, quarterly business reviews, and value realization initiatives.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years leading quota-carrying AE teams in SaaS (not overlay roles).
* 10+ years in direct SaaS software sales (software + services a plus).
* Proven track record with C-level stakeholders in the financial sector.
* Experience with complex, enterprise-level sales cycles.
* Strong coaching and people leadership skills; track record of team development.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
