JOB DESCRIPTION
The role
As Lead Creative Operations, you will lead a team of Creative Project Managers as part of HelloFresh Group's in-house Creative Studio in Berlin and will be responsible for all online- and offline creative production. You will oversee incoming requests, plan bi-weekly production sprints and allocate Project Managers, Designers and Copywriters across a wide range of projects and across full-time, freelance and 3rd party resources. You will ensure all operational service levels are met and creative production targets are hit, every day, every week, every month.

What you’ll do
1. Drive operational excellence across all online- and offline creative production processes
2. Plan bi-weekly design- and copy-production sprints, ensure appropriate creative resource allocation across full-time employees, freelancers and 3rd parties
3. Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks to increase turnover time
4. Manage end-to-end creative projects across different functions, from briefing to delivery
5. Collaborate with Brand-, Campaign- and Channel-Managers across international markets to ensure seamless flow of information and delivery
6. Inspire and mentor your direct team of Creative Project Managers to constantly improve
What you’ll bring
7. You are a senior creative operations manager with 7+ years of professional experience, ideally from a high-volume agency or inhouse creative production environment
8. You have experience leading agile teams
9. You have experience in international environments, ideally from matrix-organizations
10. You are a creative problem solver who can go deep into day-to-day challenges when needed, without losing sight overall performance
11. You have strong communication skills and can tailor your communication across a wide range of job levels, roles and functions - from creatives to accountants
12. You have a deep understanding of operations management concepts (throughput, turnover times, service levels, backlog management, etc.)
13. You are decisive and assertive, yet empathetic
