Aufgaben, die begeistern
1. Marketing Plan Development: You will develop, implement, and continuously enhance and evaluate MAI's annual Marketing Plan and its budget.
2. Website and Social Media Management: You will take the lead in designing, setting up, and continually monitoring and enhancing MAI's website and social media profile pages.
3. Content Creation: You will prepare and release articles, thought leadership whitepapers, and other publications such as presentations, factsheets, brochures, and newsletters.
4. Marketing Campaigns: You will set up and implement product- and project-based marketing campaigns.
5. Internal Collaboration: You will act as the central contact person and interface to internal partners within the Flughafen München GmbH organization (e.g., corporate communication, brand management, marketing, events, public relations).

6. Educational Background: You have a completed university degree with a focus on economics, marketing, communications, or comparable skills and knowledge.
7. Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in an international corporate environment.
8. Marketing and Project Management Expertise: You have in-depth experience in the traditional marketing mix, online marketing, and project management.
9. Social Media Proficiency: You have experience working with relevant social media channels such as LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
10. Agency Management: You have experience in managing and collaborating with communication agencies.
11. Communication and Collaboration Skills: You possess a high level of communication and conflict management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders and across hierarchical levels.
12. Creativity and Proactivity: You demonstrate a high level of creativity, proactivity, and commitment.
13. Language Skills: You have excellent written and spoken English and German language skills.
