* Enge Abstimmung mit den internen Schnittstellen, insbesondere Einkauf und Export
* Erstellung und Pflege aller notwendigen Produktionsunterlagen
* Steuerung, Überwachung und Priorisierung laufender Produktionsaufträge
* Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und aktive Mitwirkung an Effizienzsteigerungen in der Produktion

We would like to see you becoming our new Production Planning Assistant.
The following tasks are waiting for you:
* Preparing and setting up production orders
* Coordinating closely with internal departments, especially Purchasing and Export
* Creating and maintaining all necessary production documents
* Managing, monitoring, and prioritizing production orders Identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to efficiency improvements in the production process
Qualifikation
* Erfahrungen in Auftragsvorbereitung und -steuerung sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
* Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Gewissenhafte Arbeitsschritte
* Umgang mit Formblättern im GMP Umfeld
