CMS Legal Services is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our team and help drive our information security strategy across all member firms. Location: Frankfurt or Warsaw Reporting to: Information Security & Risk Officer / CISO Type: Full‑time Key Responsibilities Develop and implement security frameworks: Support the rollout of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure alignment with ISO 27001 and CIS Controls. Risk management and compliance: Maintain the organizational risk register, perform risk assessments, and track risk treatment plans. Security awareness: Design and deliver security awareness programs, including training sessions and phishing simulations, to foster a security‑conscious culture. Technical security operations: Oversee vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and the implementation of cybersecurity controls across systems and applications. Incident response: Develop and maintain incident response plans, participate in security incident management, and lead regular security drills. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with internal teams and third‑party providers, provide guidance on information security matters, and report on key performance indicators to senior management. What we’re looking for Proven experience establishing and maintaining an ISMS (ISO 27001). Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience with InfoSec risk management, auditing tools, and third‑party risk management. Familiarity with Microsoft’s information security toolkit and Azure security solutions. Excellent command of English; Spanish and French are a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Compliance, or related field, and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
