* Designing, implementing, and documenting intralogistics, production, and testing processes (involving equipment, times, and resources) that maximize efficiency, reduce wastes, comply with safety requirements and circular economy principles
* Defining infrastructure requirements for production processes
* Scale up and optimize processes (automation, work balance, continuous improvement, kaizen approach), continuously evaluating and updating standard operating procedures to align with industry best practices
* Implementing and documenting catalyst synthesis and coating processes’ improvements, cooperating with R&D and Production departments to ensure smooth integration of changes
* Define machinery maintenance requirements
* Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues
* Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting production issues
* Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs
* Designing the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements
* Training staff for new processes and providing instructions and manuals
* Managing process documentation and preparing production reports
What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
* First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it
* Master's degree in chemical or materials engineering, industrial chemistry or related field required
* 2-3 years of work experience
* Advanced knowledge of electrode production machinery, processes, standards, and lean methodologies
* Critical thinking, problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail
* Documentation and organization skills
* Effective communication and collaboration skills for working within cross-functional teams
* Ability to implement and adapt to changes in a dynamic manufacturing environment
* Proficiency in MS Office and P&ID/electrical schemes understanding
* English level C1
* AutoCAD/Inventor and PLC programming knowledge as a plus
