Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating company notifications and periodic reports, managing internal reporting workflows, and overseeing the reporting calendar.
* Coordinate company notifications and periodic reports by collecting inputs, ensuring timely submission, tracking status, and serving as the point of contact.
* Manage internal reporting workflows and submissions to internal and external stakeholders.
* Oversee the reporting calendar to ensure accuracy, approvals, on-time delivery, and proper archiving.
* Prepare and coordinate required company reports, consolidating data across departments.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also provide visitor reception and hospitality services, including greeting, registering, issuing badges/access cards, and escorting as needed. This will involve routing calls/emails and providing information through the switchboard and shared inbox, as well as coordinating meeting room scheduling, setup, AV checks, and refreshments.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, completed commercial or equivalent vocational training/apprenticeship, and excellent command of English; Spanish is an advantage. They should also be confident handling digital process workflows, have strong team and communication skills, and a precise, reliable, and structured way of working. High learning agility and strong drive are also essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities

* Petty Cash Management: Manage petty cash/expense handling at reception.
