Our team is dedicated to delivering clear, consistent, and engaging messages across all levels of the organization. We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Communication Intern to enrich our team and elevate our internal communication endeavors.Embarking on a role as a Communication Intern within our Global Procurement Communication Tea, places you at the strategic core of our internal communication initiatives, impacting roughly 4,000 employees across the globe. Collaborating closely with four communication specialists, you will provide essential support across a spectrum of key operations, ensuring effective and inspirational communication.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Assistance in the development of newsletters, presentations, and reports to showcase procurement successes
2. Production of engaging posts and monitoring of the Procurement department's online interactions
3. Coordination of workshops, training, and supplier meetings with a focus on communication and visibility
4. Partnership with departments for collection of insights for improved communication strategies
5. Maintenance and updating of the Procurement SharePoint and other communication platforms
6. Assistance in creative communication activities, such as creation of visual content, including graphics and videos for internal use
What You Bring
7. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program or equivalent experience in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
8. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and capable of translating complex concepts into clear, engaging messages
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms
10. Previous experience with tools such as VISIO, Photoshop, and video editing software is advantageous
11. Prior internships or job experience in communications, marketing, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory
12. Excels in innovative problem-solving, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
