Our team is a global team of 3000 coders (and growing!) The primary businesses that Corporate Bank support are Cash Management, Securities Services, Trade Finance and Trust & Agency Services. CB Technology support these businesses through CIO aligned teams and by 'horizontals' such as Client Connectivity, Surveillance and Regulatory, Infrastructure, Architecture, Production, and Risk & Control.
As a Lead Engineer (f/m/x), your role will involve working within an agile Scrum team to develop and implement new features for our products that are designed for small and medium-sized corporate clients within Deutsche Bank.
- Actively contribute to the development of a shared codebase for our online applications targeting small and medium-sized corporations within Deutsche Bank.
Utilize your engineering expertise in the development of new features and ensure the cleanliness and industry-standard compliance of the codebase.
Have extensive experience with backend technologies, based on Kotlin/Java (Node.Frontend and terraform knowledge is a plus
Understand the concept of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and have hands-on experience with it, especially with Github Actions.
Have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, able to write reusable, testable, and maintainable code, and are familiar with agile methodologies.
A team player, with strong (English) communication skills, who enjoys sharing knowledge and best practices, learns quickly, listens carefully, and is willing to mentor junior engineers.
