In your new role you will:
1. Scan Leads, distribution projects, and the market to identify new high-potential customers (Moonshots)
2. Evaluate high-potential customers against predefined criteria in close cooperation with an experienced peer and the responsible distributor teams
3. Create a business case for potential Winners
4. Drive business case presentations to required stakeholders to get the required support to execute the defined strategy
5. Work closely with business segments and the division marketing department to identify the right newcomers in newly identified target market segments
6. Align with other Infineon departments, all customer-facing activities to ensure that new customers are always approached with our organization's involvement
7. Execute the defined strategy in cooperation with the subregional responsible field sales engineer and the distribution partner in charge of the customer

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
8. A degree in electrical engineering or a similar field
9. Gained 0-1 years of professional experience in a sales or marketing function
10. Analytical skills and ability to evaluate, analyze, and structure complex business cases
11. Skills as a team player
12. Strong communication and networking skills
13. High degree of self-motivation and initiative to tackle challenging and long-term programs
14. Excellent personal time management
15. Willingness to travel as required to fulfil the duties of this position
16. Fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing
