Procurement Change Management Manager
Location: Baden-Württemberg
An international organisation is seeking a Procurement Change Management Manager to support procurement digitalisation and process optimisation initiatives across global operations. This role focuses on Source-to-Pay transformation, SAP solutions and automation-driven process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive procurement transformation and process optimisation initiatives.
* Support Source-to-Pay projects across SAP Ariba and S/4HANA environments.
* Leverage data analytics, process mining and automation solutions to improve efficiency.
* Support global rollout and harmonisation projects.
* Collaborate with procurement, IT and business stakeholders across international teams.
* Contribute to change management and continuous improvement activities.
Your Profile:
* Experience within procurement transformation or Source-to-Pay environments.
* Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba and S/4HANA.
* Understanding of process optimisation, analytics or automation tools.
* Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English language skills; German would be advantageous.
