Driving Business Growth as a Sales and Marketing Visionary
About the Role
We seek a seasoned sales and marketing leader to spearhead our Entertainment Systems Team in the Pro Audio division. The ideal candidate will craft and execute strategic plans to expand Yamaha's presence in the live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets across Central and East Europe.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for Yamaha's Entertainment Pro Audio portfolio (digital mixing consoles, processors, switches, amps, speakers, etc.)
* Lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and market share across the territories (DACH, BeNeLux, Baltics, CEE, and Export countries)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, service, and international sales and marketing teams
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
* Promote Yamaha at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the Pro Audio industry
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications
* University degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification
* Leadership qualities in international teams and ability to motivate and inspire people
* Strategic worker with a hands-on mentality
* Effective communicator with cultural bridge-building skills
* Fluent German and English language skills
